What Is Dementia?
Dementia is a general term for loss of memory, language, problem-solving and other thinking abilities that are severe enough to interfere with daily life. Alzheimer's is the most common cause of dementia.

Causes
Dementia can be caused by a variety of factors, including thyroid disorders, vitamin deficiencies, side effects of prescriptions, depression, anxiety, infections, strokes, Parkinson’s disease, and other medical problems. In some cases, cognitive impairment may be reversible if diagnosed and treated early enough.
While most changes in the brain that cause dementia are permanent and worsen over time, thinking and memory problems caused by the following conditions may improve when the condition is treated or addressed:

2021-07-23 16:22:52 How to treat
Psychotherapy:
Approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) can help you learn to identify negative thought patterns that contribute to chronic stress. Working with a therapist, you can then begin to change these thoughts to more realistic, helpful ones. You can also learn coping tools that will help you to better manage your response to stress. Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) is another approach that can help people utilize mindfulness and meditation to cope with chronic stress.

Coping
Chronic stress can often be managed through self-help approaches. It is important to begin using stress management techniques as early as possible when you recognize chronic stress in your life. This works for a few reasons.

Provides quick stress relief: Fast-acting techniques can reverse the stress response so your body has a chance to recover and your mind can approach problems from a proactive stance rather than reacting from a stressed or even panicked perspective. When you're making choices from a more relaxed and confident place, you tend to make choices that better serve your best interests and avoid creating more stress for yourself.
Develops stress resilience: Longer-term healthy habits can also be important, because they can build resilience and give you chances to take a break from stress on a regular basis. This can help you avoid staying stressed so constantly that you don't realize how stressed you are, which can keep you from taking steps to reduce the stress in your life. It can also save you from the more negative effects of chronic stress. Some of the most effective habits include exercise, meditation, and journaling, as they have been shown to promote resilience to stress

What Is Chronic Stress?
Chronic stress is a prolonged and constant feeling of stress that can negatively affect your health if it goes untreated. It can be caused by the everyday pressures of family and work or by traumatic situations.
Chronic stress occurs when the body experiences stressors with such frequency or intensity that the autonomic nervous system does not have an adequate chance to activate the relaxation response on a regular basis. This means that the body remains in a constant state of physiological arousal.

Types of Chronic Stress
Sources of chronic stress can vary, but often fall into one of four different types:
 Emotional stress (difficult emotions such as anger, sadness, or frustration)
 Environmental stress (where you live and work)
 Relationship stress (how you relate to friends, family, co-workers, partners)
 Work stress (challenges and pressures related to your job)

2021-07-23 09:57:09 Hello everyone
Since we are aware that the admission process has been started by the coaching institutes for 2022 and 2023, I want all of you to take your decision very wisely.

The initial years which we give to our preparation are the most crucial one, they are going to decide your future for the preparation. Few years back there was only few option for Psychology and GS but now with the emergence of Ed-tech , we can see many platforms out there which also create confusion where to join or not.

I have given enough time to this preparation, I have been associated with almost all the coaching out there in the market and since I am not a famous name, I actually know the ground realities ,pros and cons of almost all institutes (specifically in Delhi)

Therefore it is a little advise from my side that if you are going to join any big or small name then consult me once and I am sure you will not regret it.

For Psychology , if you are joining anywhere just for mentoring and guidance then don’t do this , I am giving it in free but if you want to join anywhere then take a wise decision and consult with me once.

All the best

The flagship Mid Day meal scheme in Rajasthan, Orissa, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh is afflicted with largescale caste and gender-based discrimination. Like this recent incident in Madhya Pradesh points out. In some places the upper caste children refuse to eat food cooked by SC/ST women, in some places the Dalit and backward classes students are made to sit separately.

#Discrimination

you can use it as an example while mentioning manifestation of prejudices in behaviour

2021-07-15 19:09:03 Effect on Smart phones on our brain:-
Mental laziness:- we use very les our brain,we rely completely on ipads to remember things, turn people from deep thinkers to lazy thinkers
people with a so-called internet and smartphone addition actually demonstrated imbalances in brain chemistry compared to a control group.

Cognitive capacity was significantly reduced whenever a smartphone is within reach, even when the phone is off.

Experts suggest that all of this phone use can have an impact on children’s social and emotional development, that it can impair our sleep patterns, and that it might even turn some people into lazy thinkers.
