Ans:- major Impact of online education on children would be upon their cognition level ,well being, emotional and physical health
Children at the initial level need a sustained level of motivation ,attention which they can get through their peer group, their friends while studying together in school, in online education there are chances of loosing them
Also as per piaget model of development children development happens stage by stage , exposing them with the internet at their premature level would disturb their cognition level (you can also connect it with sleep issues, attention deficit etc)
During online education , children study in isolation which can negatively impact children as isolation can lead to depression which may lead to lower self esteem ,self worth, he may develop a sense of inferiority which can disturb his personality(you can also quote Alfred Adler striving for superiority concept)
Other than this in chapter Development of Human behaviour we read that children sensory and motor system are not adopted to fast disorganised technology so it may also hamper their physical development.
Technology addiction is an issue

It involves confronting the problem directly and evaluating the optional available which is also called releastic appraisal of stress and the coping resources available
Example - if a person losses job then he must confront the problem first then make plan how can he use his existing knowledge to gain money (online) or how can he minimise expenses , above this he will judge his moral ability to know that life is above than money (kohelberg development stage)
Tips for children- creating activities,keep them close to caregiver, scheduling the day
For older adults
They will face stressful situations like cognitive decline- dementia
Solution- give them clear and repeated info about ongoing issue
They may get panic due to any kind of infection-
Solution- safety needs , telemedicine
Strengthen community development to increase access to communication through online channels
Other than this you can always use the concept of unconditional positive regards , ego defence mechanism to remove anxiety
