What's the difference between the examples below
1. He has been to Paris before.
2. A: Where is Ben?
B: He has gone to Paris.

"Have/has been to..." means the person went there, and came back; so it's finished now. It's past experience.
Whereas, "have/has gone to..." means the person went there, and is still there.

عبارت "have/has been to..." به معنای این است که شخص تا به حال به جایی رفته و بازگشته است.
اما عبارت "have/has gone to ..." به معنای این است که شخص به جایی رفته و هم چنان همان جاست و بازنگشته است.

“Historic” is an adjective that means something important or influential in history.

E.g, Tourists usually visit historic places.

“Historical,” on the other hand, is an adjective that refers to anything from the past, important or not.

E.g, I love historical novels. (Novels that are just set in the past, but they are not about historic events)

کلمه ی historic برای توصیف ساختمان ها، مکان ها، و یا هر چیزی به کار می رود که از نظر تاریخی دارای اهمیت است؛ یعنی یادآور دوره ی تاریخی خاص و یا واقعه ی تاریخی مشهوری باشد.

اما کلمه ی historical برای توصیف هر چیزی به کار می رود که صرفا مربوط به گذشته باشد نه وقایع تاریخی.
