The Jewish media has been complaining about preemptory strikes for this reason. If they beat their case or get a mistrial this whining will hit a fever pitch.

During the jury selection in this trial, prosecutors used all their strikes on white jurors while defense struck all the blacks. Whites outnumber blacks in most areas so you end up with a majority white jury.
