This is the most delusional narrative in politics right now. It could only be stated by someone that is simply repeating talking points by rote and not actually observing reality. Just today a Black career criminal that murdered a cop got off because he got a Bronx jury. And that's only the most recent example.

The criminal justice system is not racist or even slightly unfair to Blacks. Just the opposite, it is far too lenient. No political pressure was required to get Andrew Coffee off. Whereas with Kyle Rittenhouse it took a year and a half of popular pressure, and even then it was a nailbiter to the last second.

In the immediate wake of the shooting incident in Kenosha, The National Justice Party were among the first to forthrightly and without reservation take up Kyle Rittenhouse's cause and demand the charges against him be dropped.

The masses of people flocking to Kyle's banner with us, among them Patriot groups, Second Amendment groups and ordinary Americans, forced the conservative establishment to reluctantly side with Kyle rather than stab him the back the way they tried to do to Nicholas Sandman.

Getting out in front of the narrative, remaining solid and exerting popular pressure made all the difference in this case. We can do it again.

It's pleasant to think about how they would've seen the unjust prosecution of Rittenhouse as a victory for antifascism; therefore, by their own framing, antifascism lost today.

They're a bit more hopeful about the Charlottesville trial, and of course, the same incredibly brazen admission that it's a SLAPP lawsuit, mention of which corrupt Judge Moon and Roberta Kaplan tried so hard to keep out of the courtroom:

Civil suits like these not only aim to deliver financial reparations to victims of organized fascism, but they also function as anti-fascist interventions. Anti-fascist action — including the deplatforming of white supremacist figures, shutting down fascist rallies, doxxing organizers, and sometimes militant confrontation — aims to make the consequences of fascist organizing intolerable if not impossible.

Using tort law to bankrupt fascist organizations and individuals sits within a set of consequentialist anti-fascist practices: The court proceeding will not itself serve as a reckoning for fascist ideologies; the jury will not be passing judgment on the inherent evil of white supremacy. If successful, though, the plaintiffs will economically devastate several major white supremacist organizations.
