(3/3) The twelfth: Distancing the laws of the Sharī’ah and exc | Al-Aqeedah

(3/3) The twelfth: Distancing the laws of the Sharī’ah and exchanging them with manmade laws.

And this is even spread among many of those who give fatwa and are considered as scholars. So they begin to approve of laws that contradicts the apparent Sharī’ah and the sayings of the scholars. For example in Marocco the talāq (divorce) uttered with the mouth does not occur, even though there is agreement among the scholars that it occurs.

Verily these thought have become adopted by the minds of society. They are no longer studies of though in the depths of books or the university papers. Rather, you hear them from you grandmother, mother and aunt. And you will find them in the village, the city, the flatland and in the mountains. And this means that the society as a whole has deviated. And due to this, then the abundance of divorces is nothing but a sign among many signs which proves to you that the society at a high pace is facing a downfall. And verily avoiding this downfall is not easy, except for the one whom Allāh has been kind to.

So it is upon every father, brother and husband to be aware of the danger. And that he initiates a program of studying knowledge in order to save his family and his daughters from this worldwide tsunami. And this can only by teaching them the opposite of these ideas and deleting them from the minds. And this is what we are trying to do, despite of weak strength and few supporters. And there is no might nor power, except in Allāh.
