Ibn ʿAbbās (may Allah be pleased with him allegedly) reported | Al-Matrūkūn

Ibn ʿAbbās (may Allah be pleased with him allegedly) reported that the Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever fasts the first ten [days of Ḏū ʾl-Ḥijjah] would receive [the reward of] a month's fast for every day, [the reward of] a year for fasting on the day of Tarwiyah and [the reward of] two years for fasting on the day of 'Arafah.”
حَدِيث آخر فِي ذَلِك: أَنْبَأَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَاصِرٍ أَنْبَأَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الأَنْبَارِيُّ أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ رِزْقَوَيْهِ حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بن بِنْتِ حَاتِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ الْمُقْرِي حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بِلالٍ الأَشْعَرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْمحيرِيُّ عَنْ الطبي عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " من صَامَ الْعَشْرَ فَلَهُ بِكُلِّ يَوْمٍ صَوْمُ شَهْرٍ، وَلَهُ بِصَوْمِ يَوْمِ التَّرْوِيَةِ سَنَةٌ، وَلَهُ بِصَوْمِ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ سَنَتَانِ ".

The ḥadīth is not authentic.
وَهَذَا حَدِيث لَا يَصح.

Sulaymān al-Taymī said: “Al-Ṭaybī (in the chain) is a kaḏḏāb (ie: liar).”
قَالَ سُلَيْمَان التَّيْمِيّ: الطبي كَذَّاب.

Ibn Ḥibbān said: “It is so clear that this is a lie that it does not even need to be labeled.”
وَقَالَ ابْن حِبَّانَ: وضوح الْكَذِب فِيهِ أظهر من أَن يحْتَاج إِلَى وَصفه.
