Apple CarKey functionality, which so far has been exclusive and available only to
BMW models, shortly extends to other car brands. Owners of
Hyundai and Genesis cars are expected to be added to the list of lucky ones.
At this point, the Apple CarKey feature is
unique and available only for a narrow range of BMW 5-series models. But things could change in the near future.
So far, it has been announced that the original functionality would become available for such car brands as
Hyundai and Genesis.
