Apple is being sued over the "jelly scrolling" in the iPad U.S. resident
Christopher Bryan filed a class action lawsuit against
Apple, accusing the company that it put the
iPad mini 6 on sale, despite the familiar problem of "
jelly effect", reports MacRumors.
In September 2021 experts
iFixit disassembled the
iPad mini 6 and confirmed the complaints of first buyers of the tablet about the "
jelly scrolling", with the left side of the display noticeably lags behind the right when scrolling in portrait orientation. At the time, an Apple spokesperson said that this was "

The lawsuit
seeks damages for any owner of a sixth-generation
iPad mini who bought it in the U.S.
