Naps are upgrades, stillness is recalibration, sleep is healing, nature is nourishing, breath is life force, and water is fuel.

This will bring grace and grant a gentle essence to overlay the intensity.
At times it may feel “uncomfortable,” but let this sensation become a trigger for you to become more lucid.
Embody your chosen state, and continue experiencing skillfully.
Perhaps notice— that even regardless of what you’ve felt, there’s a stronger essence of hope seeded and lingering, or maybe even loudly singing you along.
It is that things are; becoming better than you originally desired them to manifest.
