Now there is a new button at the middle of the bottom of your Snapmap that is called Places. It will open the "My Places" popup view where you can switch between Popular, Favorites and Visited tabs. From there you can easily access different places, view their details and mark them as favourites.

In case if you missed it: This feature appeared to be in testing for some profiles some time ago. If you will try to retweet or quote a tweet with a link to a blog post that you haven't opened via Twitter, you will see a new banner at the bottom. This will add an extra step to your retweeting workflow because you will have to perform one more click after that to complete the action.
