Decision-making rule -10x3When taking any decisions, we always think about the consequences of our choices in the future. To give yourself confidence at such moments, you can use
the 10/10/10 rule. The three tens in this case mean three time periods, about which you should ask yourself the following questions:
How will I feel about this decision 10 minutes from now?
How will I feel about this decision 10 months from now?
How will I feel about this decision 10 years from now?
By answering these questions, you can assess or at least imagine
the consequences of your choices in the long term. It is especially true for difficult decisions that may affect your life in the future.
If, for example, you are too lazy to go to the gym, think about the consequences and it will be much easier to resolve doubts.
