BELGIUM MUST LIFT ‘ALL COVID-19 MEASURES’ WITHIN 30 DAYS, BRUSSELS COURT RULES

The Belgian State has been ordered to lift “all coronavirus measures” within 30 days, as the legal basis for them is insufficient, a Brussels court ruled on Wednesday.

The League for Human Rights had filed the lawsuit several weeks ago and challenged Belgium’s system of implementing the measures using Ministerial Decrees, which means it is done without any input from parliament.

The judge gave the Belgian State 30 days to provide a sound legal basis, or face a penalty of €5,000 per day that this period is exceeded, with a maximum limit of €200,000, reports Le Soir.

The current coronavirus measures are based on the Civil Safety Act of 2007, which enable the State to react quickly in “exceptional circumstances,” but the judge has now ruled that these laws cannot serve as a basis for the Ministerial Decrees.

FRIGHTENING STATISTICS - VACCINATION SIDE EFFECTS NOW OFFICIAL

An analysis of the adverse drug reaction reports recorded in the EMA database in Europe in the period April 2020 to March 2021 paints an extremely alarming picture.

In the period April 2020 to December 2020, the registered adverse drug reactions fluctuated in a corridor of 9,418 to 12,567 reports; on average, 10,847 adverse drug reactions were recorded in each of these months.

In January 2021, the number skyrocketed to 27,242. In February 2021 and March 2021, the number of adverse events reported was 52,183 and 52,165, respectively, representing a fivefold increase in adverse events over the last two months compared to the average for Corona Year 2020.

A close look at the reported cases shows that it is exclusively the new type of vaccines against SARS-CoV-2 that have caused this massive increase.

Looking even more closely at the raw data, one can see that it is primarily the BioNTech/Pfizer vaccine that is causing the high number of adverse events. The reported number of adverse events for the Moderna vaccine is significantly lower, and the number of adverse events for AstraZeneca appears to be even lower, according to the database.
