2023-04-21 01:52:36 South Carolina Seeks to Nullify the Proposed "Pandemic Treaty" and Amendments to the IHR

@COVID19Up: H.4246 has been introduced in the South Carolina General Assembly to nullify the World Health Organization’s (WHO) proposed pandemic treaty and amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR).

House Bill 4246 (H.4246) is sponsored by Representative Josiah Magnuson (R-Campobello) and 20 other representatives.

If enacted, H.4246 would prevent the WHO’s proposed pandemic treaty or IHR amendments from being enforced in South Carolina. The bill declares:

"It is the intent of the General Assembly to defend the State of South Carolina against violations of the United States Constitution and further prevent the subjecting of the sovereignty and rights of the United States of America to the Charter of the United Nations."

2023-04-20 22:06:41 BREAKING: CDC Director Gives Shockingly False Testimony to Congress

@COVID19Up: CDC Director Rochelle Walensky just misled Congress on COVID-19 vaccine effectiveness against viral transmission, and even falsely claimed that Cochrane's Editor-in-Chief "retracted" the summary of the review on face masks.

The astonishing falsehood she made was her response to Congressman Andrew Clyde’s question about the Cochrane review which found that wearing face masks in the community “probably makes little to no difference” in preventing viral transmission.

Walensky enthusiastically stated, “I think its notable, that the Editor-in-Chief of Cochrane, actually said that the summary of that review was…[stumble]..she retracted the summary of that review and said that it was inaccurate.”

However, the summary of the review was not retracted, nor have the authors of the review changed the language in the summary.

Jefferson, lead author on the Cochrane review said, “Walensky is plain wrong. There has been no retraction of anything.”

WCH endorses Safe and Effective?, a new report released on 19 April 2023 produced by Perseus, a multidisciplinary team of experts from various fields including medicine, pharmaceutical regulation, and safety management.

The 36-page report is intended to widen the visibility of the UK’s Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency’s (MHRA) regulatory failures to Parliamentarians, the media, and the public, and details numerous systematic ongoing failures by the MHRA in its responsibility to ensure the safety and efficacy of medicines in the UK.

Specifically, the report highlights how failures by the regulator resulted in the public being exposed to serious side effects such as myocarditis, clotting problems, neurological problems, and immunosuppression as a result of the Covid-19 vaccines.

WCH co-founder Dr Tess Lawrie has this to say of the report’s revelations, “Most concerningly, these regulatory failings are common to regulatory agencies around the world that, having serious conflicts of interest, have taken on the role of drug industry enablers instead of public watchdogs. There is no doubt about it, they have put millions of people in harm’s way.”

Due to the significant number of reported injuries associated with C19 vaccines and increased deaths across all age groups, the report authors believe it is imperative to withdraw these products until a thorough investigation is conducted. A comprehensive independent inquiry must be launched into the MHRA’s regulatory processes and performance.

The harm done to the vaccine-injured and bereaved family members must also be recognised.

A scoping review by Matthew Halma, Jessica Rose, and myself has been published. Thank you to my wonderful co-authors!

In this review, we take a look at the platform used in the novel mRNA vaccines, not primarily the expressed antigen. We examine previous studies of RNA-based delivery by a lipid nanoparticle (LNP).

We also call for access to all related study and pharmacovigilance data to be granted to independent data analysts and scientists. Existing findings need to be made widely available and discussed openly, given the initiatives to establish multi-billion dollar mRNA programmes to forever change vaccine strategy.
