Stage 2: Awareness- You can name what you feel, how you feel, and why you feel a particular emotion.
Stage 3: Confrontation - You confront the emotions you were avoiding and face your emotional pain.
Stage 4: Expression - You express your emotions by crying if you feel sad, screaming if you feel angry, or whatever you need to do express your emotions.
Stage 5: Acceptance - You are emotionally healed, you have mastered your undesirable emotions, and the pain is gone.
