According to the Downdetector.ae map, Abu Dhabi and Dubai are hot spots where users have reported WhatsApp crashes.

There was a problem sending messages to WhatsApp groups at first. Several minutes later, direct messages were no longer being sent. At around 11:30 a.m., WhatsApp Web connections went down.

2022-10-25 10:08:02 A Japanese astronaut shared remarkable images of the UAE coastline from the International Space Station.

Wakata Koichi tweeted images showing Palm Jumeirah, Palm Jebel Ali, the Mir Islands and the city of Abu Dhabi.

The landmarks are among the most popular for astronauts to take a picture because of their unique design, visible from the orbiting science lab.

2022-10-24 20:03:03 A partial solar eclipse will take place on October 25 in the United Arab Emirates, the second and last this year. The eclipse will also be visible in parts of Europe, Asia, North Africa, and the Middle East.

It will begin at 2:42 p.m. on October 25 and end at 4:54 p.m. Emirate time.

Some Islamic countries, such as the UAE, hold special prayers called "Kusuf" during solar or lunar eclipses. Kusuf will be performed in Dubai after Asr tomorrow, October 25, at the peak of the partial eclipse.

Average rents in Dubai in the 12 months to May 2022 have increased by 19.1 percent, with average apartment and villa rents increasing by 18.3 percent and 24.3 percent respectively, according to the latest CBRE report.

As of May 2022, average apartment and villa rents stood at AED 83,485 and AED 249,677 per annum respectively.

2022-06-08 17:13:12 FedEx will launch the first international trial of its delivery robot in Dubai.

Roxo, the ‘FedEx SameDay Bot’, will be trialled in the Emirate in collaboration with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ).

The trial will see the delivery bot shuttle between Dubai Silicon Oasis and Dubai Digital Park.

Roxo is an autonomous personal delivery device that has pedestrian-safe technology which enables it to safely navigate to its destination in various kinds of terrains and make deliveries.
