Defense council was successful in getting Medical to verbally acknowledge that they did not have Comirnaty.
Anyone in a position to be using any Defense council (ADC, TDC, etc..),
Please ask them to verify with Med and preferably get it in writing whether your base has Comirnaty.
This is obviously an important fact for any defense case, so be sure to ask it explicitly,
And get it in writing either from Med or from the ADC stating that Med verbally confirmed.

Defense Council is in a unique position to get this evidence for due process reasons, use it to our advantage & help change the narrative with facts. Open / Comment

2021-10-20 04:41:44 There have been questions on whether it is too late to apply for an RA exemption. Depending on your service branch timelines, you can still submit exemption requests. If you know someone who got the first shot and they do not want the second, they can submit an exemption request even after getting the first one. What they could claim when talking to their chain of command: 1) I didn’t do my research when I got the first one and new evidence has been revealed on how the fetal cell lines used in the development of the vaccines were derived (HEK293 used in Pfizer was derived from a delivered-alive baby… not an abortion) and I also was not aware of the mRNA technology, which has never been used in a vaccine until now. 2) I felt pressured and coerced into getting the first one and I did not have time to research/nor was I given information on what was in them. 3) I have since had a strong conviction that I cannot get the second shot.

A misconception some have with RA requests is that you have to be religious. Atheists/Agnostics are able to use this process as well. What is required is a deeply held belief and an explanation of what that belief is/why you won’t be compelled to get the shot. Open / Comment
