Has anybody received a Notification of separation precedings? I’m in the Marine Corps and I just received one and am being told to sign . I am being recommended for a General Discharge under honorable conditions. If anyone has received one did you make a statement or rebuttal ?

Highly recommend not to sign anything you disagree with. Take it straight to defense council, & reply with your own counter contractual offer (think of it like contract negotiations & it helps take some emotion out of it) Open / Comment

Did your command push an applicant information form out to be submitted as an enclosure to the appeal? I’ve heard of some filing EO complaints to have this requirement removed from the process. Anyone else dealt with this?

Yes some people are seeing those. File a complaint because it is not a part of the MCO process and them using it without giving you an opportunity to rebut it in your appeal is inappropriate. Open / Comment

2021-11-18 20:09:46 Additional option for receiving RAR/RRT documents or could be done along with the Privacy Act Request :

“1. Last night I submitted a formal FOIA request for my complete RAR package.
2. I also submitted to the CC a request for an extension on my appeal until I receive that package.
3. Karen Frye from the FOIA act contacted me this morning and stated they have been flooded with these requests, so the AF has deemed these high visibility requests which means they have to route them through DAF prior to release. This translates to delayed times to meet my request. She stated it will probably take 30 days to get. She too was amazed that we were only given 72 hours to respond.”

Make sure you check “fee waiver” and “expedite”… she will not be able to expedite the process so she will grant the fee waiver.

There was a comment last month that said "military medical doctors are sacrificing medical ethics and integrity for the sake of govt mandates/politics".
This could be a platform to share feedback.

If this applies to you- please submit your medical feedback- do not discard it. We have had members submit feedback after seeing their Doctor in order to apply for a religious exemption. The more ways to let leadership know of the unlawfulness of this mandate, the better. Open / Comment

They are telling service members that if they come forward this week and admit it that they’ll face a lesser administrative action.”

This sounds like a fear attempt, as bases do not have the ability to check national databases (we cannot even cross access different service systems). Although we do not agree with the fake vax card, we do understand that some members may have felt compelled to go that route. This is just a heads up that this is being discussed by some leaders.
