2021-11-20 16:25:03 Heads up: you have the right to see your whole RA package (and the appeal if/when it comes back).

Per the Privacy Act of 1974, Federal law states you are entitled to unredacted copies of any government investigation about you. That includes your RA, security clearance, etc. It is a federal offense for them to deny you that information.

There is very little you are not entitled to, and is generally limited to conversations with the command JAG.

Ask your Admin Dept first. If that fails, ask your privacy act coordinator or command legal. You can say something like, “Pursuant to the Privacy Act, I am requesting unredacted copies of all documents associated with my RA package, including but not limited to, routing paperwork.”

9. Ultimately, this course of action is based on a lie. This pandemic has been manufactured to further tyranny. Obedience to tyrants is disobedience to God. Let’s not agree with their lies. Natural immunity is sufficient. Unvaxxed are not a threat. The vaccine does not work, and it does not prevent transmission. If there is any threat, the vaxxed are at a much greater threat of transmitting COVID.

10. Equal opportunity for everyone, regardless of RA submitted or not: DAFI 36-2710, “2.2. Unlawful Discrimination Against Military Members. Unlawful discrimination against military members is any unlawful action that denies equal opportunity to persons or groups based on their race, color, sex (including sexual harassment), national origin, religion, or sexual orientation. These bases are collectively referred to as a “protected class.” The right to non-discrimination on the basis of religion includes the right to reasonable accommodation of one’s religious beliefs and practices. See AFPD 52-2, Accommodation of Religious Practices in the Air Force for additional guidance regarding reasonable accommodation of religious beliefs and practices.” Also the Civil Rights Act, “As stated, Title VII makes it “an unlawful employment practice for an employer . . . to discriminate against any individual with respect to his compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment, because of such individual’s race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.” AFI 1-1, “The Air Force has a zero-tolerance policy towards unlawful discrimination of any kind, including sexual harassment. Air Force members must not unlawfully discriminate against, harass, intimidate, or threaten another person on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, reprisal, or genetic information.”

11. Tactically what do we do? Some options: Submit a RA because you believe that you can’t go along with something that subdivides people into 2 classes. Flat refuse. Write an Article 138 to the commander who gave you an order to be tested and show him that, “an unjust law is no law at all.” But we should all submit EO complaints and cite the AFIs above. I plan to refuse the order on the basis of discrimination and make a transmission argument. Should they say, “no,” I will confirm that my RA has been approved and that weekly testing is the least restrictive means. I will ensure the proposed testing is not EUA.

12. Furthermore, the first amendment to the Constitution says, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion…” What do you think is going on here? This is State worship. The sacrament is the vaccine. We unvaxxed are the sinners who did not offer the prescribed gift. Weekly testing is church discipline and will result in excommunication (firing). We swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC. We have seen the enemy and he is us. They are inside the walls, and they won’t stop until this country is remade and the apostate are converted or subdued. The second crime scene is always worse than the first. If you don’t fight when they try to stick you in the van, it will be much harder to fight when you are chained to the radiator in the basement.”

1. Strategic thinking: On its face, weekly testing is not a big deal. It’s not that invasive. There’s probably no long-term side effects. But we need to oppose everything that is good for them and seemingly neutral for us. We need to learn to deny the premise. The premise that they are putting forth is: the unvaxxed are a threat. Even though a weekly test may not seem like a big deal, it furthers their narrative. We need to oppose all measure that move the ball for them, even if its minor. Testing does not benefit us at all. It is not being offered as a compromise. It is being compelled while they sit on our RAs. If it was offered as a lesser means, that would be a different conversation.

2. Simply put, mandating testing of the unvaccinated who have submitted RAs is illegal per AFI/DoDI because it is discrimination:
a. AFPD 52-2, “1.6. An Airman's expression of sincerely held beliefs may not be used as the basis for any adverse personnel action, discrimination, or denial of promotion; and in so far as practicable, may not be used as a basis for making schooling, training, or assignment decisions.”
b. DoDI 1300.17, “A Service member’s expression of such beliefs may not, in so far as practicable, be used as the basis of any adverse personnel action, discrimination, or denial of promotion, schooling, training, or assignment.”
c. DAFI 52-201, “1.3. A member’s expression of sincerely held beliefs may not be used as the basis for any adverse personnel action, discrimination, or denial of promotion; and may not be used as a basis for making schooling, training, or assignment decisions. (T-0).”

3. Weekly testing is not being equally applied. If all SMs without distinction were required to undergo weekly testing, that would be a different conversation. They have dropped the narrative that the vaccine substantially reduces transmission. It is currently sold as a way to prevent serious illness and hospitalization and death. CDC DIRECTOR ROCHELLE WALENSKY on 6 Aug 21, "Our vaccines are working exceptionally well, they continue to work well with 'Delta' with regard to severe illness and death, but what they can't do anymore is prevent transmission." By that logic, everyone should be tested weekly. What are we doing here? Testing is supposedly to prevent the spread of illness to the force. From the horse’s mouth: as far as transmission goes, the vax don’t work.

4. I have yet to discover what form of testing is being mandated, but I understand several of the tests to be EUA. If so, the same logic can be applied that we are using for the vax. You cannot mandate what is EUA.

5. In my squadron, the “Weekly Testing Czar” is being delegated to the newest member. There is no reason why my vaccination status should be broadcast so that they can accomplish weekly testing. There may be ways to delegate this the right way, but there is a clear concern for a breach of Protected Health Information.

6. Treating SMs differently based on their vaccination status is the first step in creating 2 classes of citizens. This is a tactic to humiliate, shame and frustrate the remaining non-compliant SMs. Keep in mind, every move they make is an attempt to weaken your resolve. To predict, I wouldn’t be surprised that once you go for weekly testing that the next demand will be that you pay for it. The private sector is already doing that.

7. Appeasement is not a winning strategy. This will not stop. How well has appeasement worked thus far? Don’t let the soundbites of Brandon, Fauci, Psaki or the Surgeon General get memory holed. They claimed it would never be mandated…Agreeing to this treatment will only last for so long. They are using incremental tactics to continue moving the ball. They know what the goal is. We need to remember that we also know what their goal is and block them as best we can. We aren’t dealing with mostly good people. There are evil men and useful idiots and us.

8. This is not a compromise. It doesn’t matter that you suggested this “lesser means” in your RA.

2021-11-19 01:29:13 For those being subjected to a COVID test for being unvaccinated:

“The Secretary of Defense may not conduct (directly or by contract)—
(1) any test or experiment involving the use of a chemical agent or biological agent on a civilian population; or
(2) any other testing of a chemical agent or biological agent on human subjects.”

These tests are coated with ethylene oxide- a chemical agent that causes cancer.
