From a Public Witness at the C-M:
The Judge determined that the orders to wear an EUA mask and EUA test regarding CV19 were lawful.
However, there were SERIOUS holes in the Judge's interpretation of U.S.C 10 1107a and U.S.C 21 360bbb-3 and U.S.C 43 247d.
An appeal process to the Judge’s decision of lawfulness IS still on the table. LT Bashaw made it abundantly clear that these Experimental EUA CV19 products are dangerous and deadly throughout his entire testimony and that the liabilty of these dangers rests solely on the individual.
The Judge was also aware of LT Bashaw's passionate disagreement with his judgement on the lawfulness decision the day prior. LT Bashaw testified that he didn’t agree with the judgement but respected it and understood there were further avenues he could take following the conclusion of the C-M.
The Judge found him guilty for not wearing an EUA Mask or Testing, however, Bashaw made it clear in testimony that EUA is EUA (mask, jab, and test).
The Judge was made aware that LT Bashaw IS a named Whistleblower with Senator Ron Johnson about the Dangers and Deadliness of CV19 EUA products (specifically, the jabs).
What does this all mean? Well, Bashaw was essentially convicted and still might have additional remedies to continue forth in this battle.
There was NO ADDITIONAL punishment beyond the conviction, so he should be able to have his Flag removed and he will immediately be promoted to Captain.
