"Capt. Seth Keshel's Heat Maps"
I like Captain Keshel, I enjoy his talks, and I support his work. We cross paths often, and enjoy kidding one another. But despite his explanations, people are still often confused about his "heat maps."
I can relate, because despite my explanations, people are still often confused about
my analyses.
Here is my point. Keshel's "heat maps" show where there have been unreasonable *recent* changes, so the maps indicate fertile ground for finding
new phantom voters. Seth often points out that we have limited resources, so we often need to concentrate our efforts where they have the most chance of success. Thus, his heat maps.
But... if a county has voter rolls that have
already been full of corruption for decades, those counties may show up green on his heat maps. That does not mean that there isn't massive fraud in those counties... they've just had it for a longer time.
Does this mean that Seth and I disagree? Of course not. It means that you have to pay attention if you want to understand what we are saying.
I like the way Seth puts it: "I give you the 30,000 foot view, and Dr Frank gets into the nitty-gritty."
