Hey, pandariders!

Remember that all pandamart orders require a picture for Proof of Pickup. This is done by photographing the orders and uploading them via the rider app before clicking "Confirm Pickup".

Important reminders:
Photos are to be taken live on the app, as you're unable to upload photos from your gallery
The uploaded photo must show the total number of bags and the order code clearly written on each bag.
Do not take a photo of a black screen or anything that is not your order

Providing a proper Proof of Pickup picture is part of your due diligence. We would sincerely appreciate it if all our riders could play their part in taking proper images. Open / Comment

Hey pandariders,

We would like to thank all riders who have submitted their personal pictures through the rider app.

We would like to remind all riders that the Selfie Verification done before each shift will be matched the personal picture you uploaded. If the Selfie does not match the personal picture submitted, you will be unable to start the shift in the near future.

If your daily Selfie Verification does not look like the personal picture you uploaded previously, please re-upload your personal picture by 14 May 2023.

Please make sure that the personal picture submitted follows the guidelines that we have provided. Re-upload the personal picture if it does not align with our guidelines.

How to take a correct Personal picture:

Ensure that your face takes up 70% of the frame and features your face only.

Kindly include the top of your shoulders to the top of your head in the photo.

Ensure that your photo is taken in a well-lit area

No accessories allowed - do not wear a mask, dark glasses, hats, or any accessory that might block your face

Do not upload a personal picture of another person

Usage of an account belonging to another person will lead to suspension

Failure to upload a photo in the correct format and a picture that is you will lead to account suspension. Open / Comment

To improve your app experience on payment review, the newly improved earnings tab is now ready for all users from 9 May 2023.

In addition to the usual features like total income earned per day, you’re now able to access some new additional features such as:

Clear overview of delivery & payment breakdown (see what the adjustment payments are for)
Display of average income per hour & hours worked
Order cancellation reasons (stated upfront in the delivery information)
