Description:• Overseeing HR operations and ensuring compliance with client’s request and HR rules and regulations.
• Maintaining a smooth onboarding process, and providing training, counseling, and coaching to the staff.
• Leading a team of human resource officers and reviewing their performance.
• Engaging with management to understand priorities and provide advice regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Maintaining employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
• Reviewing employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
• Supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
• Managing the arrangement of shuttle services and working schedules (Shifts) for employees with the help of the operations team
• Preparing clear and concise reports to client’s and Operations team
• Helping the recruitment team in the preparation of job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
• Performing other duties assigned by Director of People Operations Manager.
Requirements
• BA degree in Human resources, Management, or related fields.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in HR functions.
• Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development, etc.
• Experience working and communicating with international staff is a plus.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Strong decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be self-motivated and capable of promptly and effectively monitoring, coordinating, and communicating strategic objectives.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
