Description:Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration within staff
°Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
°Provide sales and customer service support
°Consistently engage in relevant public forums and groups to build a good network
°Manage customer relation data and make sure it is up to date
°Creating engaging and creative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage
°Collaborate with production team for product development
°Hire, train and manage marketing, customer service and sales people at the company
°Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting
°Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
°Lead and oversee preparation of marketing material
°Measure and report on the performance of marketing team, campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
°Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Skills and Qualifications
°Knowledge and proficiency in digital design and video editing including PhotoShop, Indesign and other editing tools
°Tech savvy with understanding of social media, digital tools such as AI and copy writing
°Excellent communication skills (both in terms of the content the “look & feel”)
°Good understanding of timely digital tools and softwares for product design and communication
