2018-04-18 10:48:01 The messaging app Telegram has been blocked in Russia.
Telegram refused to comply with requests to give Russia’s Federal Security Service access to users encrypted messages.
While million of ip address has been blocked attempting to ban Telegram in the Russia territory, Google and Apple didn't halt the app from their stores.
Grocery List Bot server is located outside Russia, we are not experiencing any issue or any significant drop in usage.
If you live in Russia, you must use a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to continue to use Telegram and @grocerylistbot.
