I spoke to one of the managers who conducted the interview and she hopes we start continuous training for them as well .. Next is Priority Insurance Agent Training !

I believe this generation lack enough discipline and appear to be hungry to get there but deep within they are not at all. Gone are the days when i use to work at restaurants for free just to build my experience. Gone are the days when i go to companies to just type letters for them for free just to learn how to type . Gone are the days when we use to do 5 cv submissions a day to companies around and when we get there, we make sure to befriend the receptionist, make him/her laugh and add that incase there no job vacancy we can intern just to build experience. Here we are , a generation that do not like to read, learn and push hard.

Just to remind you, each year over 300,000 people complete shs and over 500,000 graduates across the nation. Be there and spend your whole life on social media commenting and watching jokes ! Be there and assume your guy can take care of you forever and don’t add value to your life !

Can you believe someone actually brought his cv yesterday, did not even ask who the HR was and left it with the security man. News Flash ! the Security man left it under the counter ! We found it yesterday at 10pm …
