Yesterday i actually sat with the PA and recruiter at Coco Vanilla just to listen to calls and see messages of applicants from this channel. Some will call and when asked to bring their CV’s, they never showed up. Some also applied for supervisory roles and when told it was full and can apply for other roles, rejected it.

The problem with the youth is they yearn to be at the top immediately without putting in work. I saw people walk in with shorts and slippers to give out their CV’s , so what if you were interviewed that day ?

I will always try my best to send jobs here but it’s up to you to upgrade and add value to yourself to qualify for the jobs. Don’t just sit at home waiting for opportunities. Read books, watch youtube videos, take short courses on linkedin and other free sites and add them to your cv and above all work on your cv’s well !
