Russia , Putorana Plateau

The Putorana Plateau is a grandiose mountain range, representing a huge territory almost untouched by man, which is called "the edge of ten thousand lakes and a thousand waterfalls." The sight of all the incredible beauty of the plateau is breathtaking — the mountains here have no peaks, and the canyons have bottoms, lakes stretch for many kilometers, rivers fall from the rocks, forming the most amazing waterfalls.

The Putorana Plateau was included in the World Heritage List in 2010.

The Putoransky Nature Reserve, which was established here in 1988 and has been one of the largest in all of Russia since then, is located on a significant territory of the plateau. The area of the Putorana plateau is 250 thousand km2. The nearest major settlement is the city of Norilsk.

Cochem #Germany

Cochem is a city with old half-timbered houses, cobbled streets and medieval flavor, over which the romantic Reichsburg Castle, one of the most beautiful in the country, has been towering for many centuries.

Located in the picturesque valley of the Moselle River among green hills and vineyards.

Kohem is famous for its fairs, festivals and winemaking traditions. A popular tourist attraction is also a cruise on the Moselle River and hiking in the picturesque surroundings.

The town has changed little over the past centuries, combining beautiful nature, ancient history and rich cultural traditions.

Japan  , Hitachi Seaside Park

Hitachi Seaside Park is located in the Japanese city of Hitatinaka, Ibaraki Prefecture. This unique place on the Pacific coast changes its color with each new season, so whenever you come here, you can admire the riot of colors.

Hitachi Park is spread over an area of 350 hectares (200 hectares are open to visitors), it was founded in 1991 on the site of a former US military base. Today this place is a true flower kingdom, because all kinds of plants grow here: daffodils, tulips, poppies, lilies, sakura.

In May, the Japanese Hitachi Park looks like a huge sky-blue blanket, because at this time, nemophiles — American forget-me-nots bloom on the hills. This event is celebrated by the “Harmony of Nemophiles” festival, during this period thousands of tourists come to Hitachi Seaside Park to see this amazing sight with their own eyes.

Seljalandsfoss Waterfall #Iceland

The Seljalandsfoss Waterfall is one of the few water cascades that can be walked around and viewed from all sides.

The peculiarity of the waterfall is that the water jets do not flow down the surface of the rock, but fall from a steep cliff 60 meters high, forming a spacious natural cave right behind the water wall. There is a stunning view from there.

The cliff used to be a seashore, but over hundreds of years the coastline has moved away from it by several kilometers. Now there are spacious green plains on the site of the former seabed, emphasizing the majesty of the water flow.

Unlike most of Iceland's attractions, you don't have to climb mountains or rough terrain for a long time to get to Seljalandsfoss. It is located right next to the ring road — an asphalt path less than 200 meters long leads there from the highway.

Germany , Elz Castle

Elz Castle is one of the most beautiful and most famous palaces in Germany. Hidden in a dense forest near Koblenz, it has attracted crowds of curious tourists for almost a thousand years.

Burg Elz Castle is located on a large rocky hill surrounded on three sides by the waters of the Elzbach River. For more than 800 years it has been owned by the Eltsk aristocrats and is still private property today.

The oldest of the German castles was first mentioned in the annals back in 1157. Very little information has been preserved about the construction period. It is only known that it was originally planned to be used as a defensive structure.

For a long time of its existence, the fortress has never been robbed or destroyed, so its medieval interiors have been perfectly preserved to this day. Sightseeing tours and historical films are regularly held here.

The magical Diamond Beach, located near the Jokulsarlon Glacier.

Its black shore stores icebergs of the most intricate shapes and sizes, which are brought by the Breidamercuryokull glacier. Some of them have been there for more than 1000 years, others have long since melted away, and the smallest ones are living out their last days.
