Qualifications and skills: • You should have up-to-date expertise in using a variety of computer based patent administration systems to deliver an effective service. • As part of this role we would expect you to have a high level of knowledge and experience of the patenting process including the 3 major systems – US, EP and PCT. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team are essential.
Responsibilities: • This is an opportunity for a qualified Patent Paralegal to provide consistent global end to end Patent formality support to Patent Attorneys for capturing, protecting and managing innovation processes from our Jealott’s Hill offices in Bracknell. • In the role of Patent Paralegal you are the expert for specialist services in specified areas of patent Paralegal duties. You will ensure delivery of a consistent, efficient and timely service to business partners, in addition you will be the responsible Patent Paralegal for a portfolio with an allocated attorney(s) and perform all necessary formality actions to ensure a timely delivery.
