Heavenly Father, this week we are reminded of the scripture that says, "Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven."

Lord, throughout history Your faithful followers have faced suffering for Your name's sake, and even today many of our brothers and sisters face persecution for standing up for what is right and good in our corrupt world.

Today we pray for those who are facing persecution because of their political views or circumstances. Please give them supernatural strength and courage, Lord. Protect them from the underhanded attacks of the evil one. May Your peace that transcends understanding guard their hearts and minds in the face of opposition.

Come swiftly Lord with Your mercy, to comfort our persecuted brothers and sisters. Be near to comfort them in their sorrows, meet their every need, and remind them of Your eternal presence, as we lift them before Your throne. May we always remember that our ultimate reward is not here on earth, but in Your heavenly kingdom.

He knew his dominance of his industry was not sustainable; he knew Windows was an inferior product. And so he “moved on” from his old business to other agendas.

In June of 2019, Bill Gates said, in an interview: “In the software world, particularly for platforms, these are winner take-all markets, … so the greatest mistake ever is whatever mismanagement I engaged in that caused Microsoft not to be what Android is.”

Linux is also a “Unix-like” O.S., free from ‘big tech’ spyware at its core.

In June, 2023, Washington based technology company Valve Corporation, which has been tracking Operating System trends, reported Linux hit a multi-year high for user share.

Bottom line: As consumer computer users get smarter, and more educated, Windows is losing market share.
