Following would be our schedule for the day.
Programming Test for 1 hour - The Schedule would have a written programming test 11am –12pm, Tentative (Online based).
(Please note that the results of the online test will be declared the results on the same day or in 2 working day and we will schedule the interviews of the shortlisted candidates accordingly.)

SAMPLE INTERVIEW PROCESS:
Round 1: Logic Test: You will be required to write a program or pseudo code to implement given programming logic. Sample question: write a program to find the two number in the array of 20 whose product(multiplication) is equal to given number by the user. You can write this program in any programming language you are familiar with. You will be tested on logic, code design and exception handling.
Round 2: Training Evaluation.
