2021-12-04 04:56:53 Telegram is actively forcing the apps to update because of transition to 64-bit chat IDs.

I recommend to everyone who receives "Please update Telegram to the latest version" error to update to beta version 1.4.4 or to temporarily use other updated apps.

In the coming days I hope to release stable version on same TD sources as 1.4.4.

After the stable release it's important to release another one. Telegram has introduced sponsored messages (or to put it simply, advertisements) in the public channels who have more than 1000 subscribers. Support for these messages in apps must be done before January 1, 2022, otherwise there is a risk of ban for app by API ID. Open / Comment

1.4.4 (TD 3.1)

Important: this version contains user IDs update which was introduced in latest Telegram update. Without it new users won't be able to register in Telegram, and old users, probably, won't be able to use apps before this update.

Changes:
• Added option to remember forward mode.
• Added ability to set default forward mode.
• Replaced unquoted forward method with option to restore the old one.
• Added option to disable per-chat themes.
• Removed GTK integration option.

Fixes:
• Fixed missing sending inline bot response preview option.
• Fixed missing sending inline bot response preview in comments and scheduled messages.
• Fixed option "Disable edit by Up key" in comments and scheduled messages.

Replaced by default:
• GIF section in shared media.
• Forwarded sticker info.

2021-09-20 22:44:22 Recently Telegram has received the update which adds themes for separate chats (in private messages). Many users didn't like this feature, so I'm glad to announce that you can disable it in Kotatogram Settings in next versions.

But before that I'm offering you the little poll about how this option should be named. Open / Comment

• Optional hotkeys to restart application and to reload Kotatogram translation.
