And - I think I may have to reconsider what I saw in other states as the result of Maryland's story. 2021-08-05 14:56:21 Couple of more observations to consider: 1) I believe this - or something close to it - is in play because we still see an increase in Trump votes when we get an increase in Biden's. If they were just stuffing the ballot box, we would see a spike in Biden votes that would just scream fraud - like the WI "F" curve made us look sideways at that mess... 2) They had to "Keep Counting Forever" in the "battleground" states because, even if they were stuffing the ballots in for Biden, Trump was still getting some of the votes. It takes you longer to overtake someone when you are jogging if they are walking than if they are standing still. 3) Ed Solomon explained to me that not all counties/precincts/machines are dirty. Those are the ones that can be offered up for a "risk-limiting" audit. What I am looking at that shows this control is the state reporting. So, to still control the uncontrolled areas, you compensate with the controlled. If you want a 50/50 split, your honest county supplies 100 votes at 70/30. The controlled county (larger population) supplies 100 votes to the state at a rate of 30/70, Same even within the machines at a given precinct. Open / Comment

This is how the algorithm can be broken: If we have prepared our number of voters in a given county to have a credit line of the phantom voters to apply as needed, if our target for Trump in this algorithm is 45% and 70% of the people that county actually show up and vote for Trump, there isn't enough left in the planned ballot total to add that 30% even as phantom voters and make Joe win. So - this is where the panic start happening and you get calls from China telling your databases to just dump 20k votes for Trump at a go...we'll clean it all up later after Biden is in office........ But, that is the basic mechanics of ensuring that we have the correct split during each interval, and then using the interval votes to "walk" the overall to the final setpoint. The "fixing" after the election could be mostly automated, as well. Ballot "scans" could be digitally created and added to the images with names taken out of the inflated voter registration database. After that - most of the "risk limiting" audits would not delve deep enough into things to correlate every actual cast vote to every reported vote. So, 45% of the 19 phantom voters that Trump has is 9. Then more algebra - if 45% is 9, then 52% is 10, and 3% is 1. 9+10+1=20, so we reduce the overall total vote by 20 and adjust the totals and now we are reporting 178 total votes cast, Biden has 93, Trump has 80 and the 3rd party has 5.We are still meeting our target ratio and have gotten rid of 20 phantom voters that we don't have to assign names to later on. So, algebra again - how many total votes for Biden's 45 votes to be 52% of the total vote count? This interval we will report 87 votes. To meet his percentage, now Trump needs 39 votes. So, he gets 19 phantom votes, 3rd party total needs 3, so they get 2 phantom votes. So, after this report, we have reported 198 votes counted and Biden has 103, Trump has 89 and the 3rd party has 6. But, 38 Biden, 19 Trump and 2 3rd party are just placeholders, for the moment and not real voters. Open / Comment
