𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐲 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧
You guys have waited enough! So enjoy the fruits of your patience Listening- honestly there is nothing better than listening itself that improves your listening comprehension, so as usual listen as much as you can. I highly recommend TV-series because there people talk a lot more naturally than they do on YouTube videos or podcasts.
Watch with subtitles. Even if you don't focus too much on subs, in this you will remember certain phrases/words and how they are written better. Or at least it is the case with me.
Don't learn every single new word. Just learn those which are either used very frequently or don't make sense at all.
Use that word as much as possible in your speech. Plus, use Quizlet-the app- to learn and practice new words. I loved it (Recommended by Aydariya @etoilante)
Bonus: Try Gravity Falls
Reading- Take one book of your interest(Anything you like, can be story books, sketch books, self-help books etc.)
Deeply analyze what you are reading:
1. Read it out loud!
2. Read it with Intonation as if you are presenting the ideas from book to bunch of people
3. Retell it as if you are explaining it to a 5-year-old. I.e. make every sentence so clear that you understand it better than the writer. We have been doing this method with one of my students and now her reading comprehension improved a lot.
Writing:
Read articles on a daily basis and analyze the grammar structures used there. And then try to write your own summary for that article using the structures you learnt. But most importantly focus on making sense out of your writing not only mechanically using the structures.
You can open a channel just to write the summaries. Because when you feel that you are a blogger you will highly likely be more committed to this activity
Speaking:
Do shadowing
Do imitation- it is not shadowing per se. Just watch a video or TedTalk and imitate the speaker fully, from the accent to the body language. (It is a lot more fun than just shadowing itself)
Do tongue exercises for better articulation. You can find them on YouTube.
Record everything that you experience- in this way you will start being flexible in speaking rather than just being able to talk about IELTS topics. Plus, you can record a lot of interesting stuff that you may find very personally meaningful in the future. Killing two birds with one stone
