Small Rose update:

- added the new comment lock, which allows you to stop people who arent in your group from messaging through your linked channel.
- Small bugfixes and improvements.
- Updated languages.

Taiwanese has been removed, since it wasn't being kept up to date. If you use Taiwanese and would like Rose to keep supporting it, please go to crowdin and complete the translation.
Polish is also lagging behind - it will also be removed if it doesn't get updated soon.
