Rose update:

- Channels can now join federations! Simply do as you usually would and /joinfed to join a channel to a federation.
- The /unpin command now says that a message was unpinned, to avoid confusion.
- Lots of small improvements and fixes to improve stability in the long term.
- Updated languages.
