After Victoria Police arrested him, rummaged through his belongings, and claimed that he was not a valid journalist because he made "Political Statements" his channel with over 15,000 subscribers has been permanently banned.

Nick Patterson's Wife, Leirosa, has requested that anyone who was an eye witness to his arrest on Saturday 29th of May create a witness statement, or affidavit of what they saw, and get it signed by a Justice of the Peace.

Signed Affidavits should then be scanned and emailed to:

Nick Patterson's court hearing is to be held on the 2nd of June.
