In this photo I was asking the policeman to look me in the eyes and tell me if his kids would be proud of him arresting me today. He couldn’t look at me. I told him that I could at least go home to a family that was proud of my actions.

I am feeling stronger than ever. Melbourne you should be proud. Find your strength daily and live your life. Mass civil disobedience has already begun. Watch the faces coming out from behind masks every day and encourage strangers on the street.

This event has been officially cancelled by its organisers, however it will still be attended in an informal capacity by the Free People of Victoria.

Melbourne Freedom Rally advises that attendees join the event and view the livestream filming in person, regardless of its official cancellation in an informal capacity, and upon thier own individual free choice.

The Melbourne Freedom Rally organisers will be in attendance to support this event and Will Not be complying with any CHO directives.
