Bullying in the Office We always talk about bullying taking place in high school and college. But what about the workplace? In the US, 65% of workplace bullying comes from supervisors and bosses. Can't imagine what the number's like here.

Excessive performance monitoring. The kind that makes you lose confidence in your own work.
Humiliation and verbal abuse. When feedback can demoralise you instead of making you empowered and better.
Purposely misled about work duties. Maybe it means being put to fail, or maybe it's just another way of showing how much they're better.
The thing is - bullying can be subtle and invisible. But just remember, if most people would see a specific behaviour as unreasonable, then it probably is.
