One of the Sunnahs that should be revived is sending of Salawaat upon the Messenger (ﷺ) on Fridays.

The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said:

“Send prayers upon me abundantly on the day of Jumu’ah (Friday) & on the night of Jumu’ah (Thursday night for he who sends prayer upon me one time, Allāh sends blessings upon him 10 times.”

2021-09-29 15:20:20 Malik ibn Anas said

السَّنَةُ سَفِينَةُ نُوحٍ مَنْ رَكِبَهَا نَجَا وَمَنْ تَخَلَّفَ عَنْهَا غَرَقَ

“The Sunnah is like the Ark of Noah. Whoever boards it will be saved, and whoever does not board it will drown.”

Narrated Muhammad bin Ka'b Al-Qurazi:
"I heard 'Abdullah bin Mas'ud saying:

'The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: [Whoever recites a letter] from Allah's Book, then he receives the reward from it, and the reward of ten the like of it. I do not say that Alif Lam Mim is a letter, but Alif is a letter, Lam is a letter and Mim is a letter.

لَوْ أَنَّ قُلُوبَنَا طَهُرَتْ مَا شَبِعَتْ مِنْ كَلَامِ اللهِ

“If our hearts were pure, we would never be tired of the Speech of Allah.”

اگر تمہارے دل پاک ہوتے تو وہ قرآن کی قرأت سے کبھی سیر نہ ہوتے

2021-09-27 15:07:27 al-Hasan al-Basri said

إِنْ سَرَّكُمْ أَنْ تَسْلَمُوا وَيَسْلَمَ لَكُمْ دِينُكُمْ فَكُفُّوا أَيْدِيَكُمْ عَنْ دِمَاءِ النَّاسِ وَكُفُّوا أَلْسِنَتَكُمْ عَنْ أَعْرَاضِهِمْ وَكُفُّوا بُطُونَكُمْ عَنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ

“If you would be pleased to be safe
and for your religion to be safe for you, Restrain your hands from harming the lives of people,
Restrain your tongues from harming their honor,
and Restrain your stomachs from consuming their wealth.”
