All immune-system components found in people who recovered from COVID-19

The long-term immune protection involves several components. Antibodies recognize foreign substances like viruses and neutralize them. Different types of T cells help recognize and kill pathogens. B cells make new antibodies when the body needs them.

All of these immune-system components have been found in people who recovered from COVID-19. But the details of this immune response and how long it lasts after infection have been unclear. Scattered reports of reinfection with SARS-CoV-2 have raised concerns that the immune response to the virus might not be durable.

A study published on Jan. 6 in Science analyzed immune cells and antibodies from almost 200 people who had been exposed to SARS-CoV-2 and recovered.

Drs. Daniela Weiskopf, Alessandro Sette and Shane Crotty from the La Jolla Institute for Immunology led the study. It was funded in part by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and the National Cancer Institute (NCI).

Time since infection ranged from six days after symptom onset to eight months later. More than 40 participants had been recovered for more than six months before the study began. About 50 people provided blood samples at more than one time after infection.

Antibodies against the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 were found in 98 percent of participants one month after symptom onset. As seen in previous studies, the number of antibodies ranged widely between individuals. But their levels remained fairly stable over time, declining only modestly at six to eight months after infection.

Virus-specific B cells increased over time. People had more memory B cells six months after symptom onset than at one month afterward. Although the number of these cells appeared to reach a plateau after a few months, levels didn’t decline over the period studied.

Levels of T cells for the virus also remained high after infection. Six months after symptom onset, 92 percent of participants had CD4+ T cells that recognized the virus. These cells help coordinate the immune response. About half the participants had CD8+ T cells, which kill cells that are infected by the virus.

As with antibodies, the numbers of different immune cell types varied substantially between individuals. But 95 percent of the recovered COVID-19 patients had at least three of five immune-system components that could recognize SARS-CoV-2 up to eight months after infection.

An Emory University study published in the journal Cell Reports Medicine found that most people who have recovered from coronavirus (COVID-19) retain a broad and durable immunity to the disease, including some degree of protection against its variants.

Rafi Ahmed, the lead author of the paper, said that the findings disproved early reports during the pandemic that protective neutralizing antibodies did not last in COVID-19 patients.

“The study serves as a framework to define and predict long-lived immunity to SARS-CoV-2 after natural infection. We also saw indications in this phase that natural immunity could continue to persist,” Ahmed said. SARS-CoV-2 is the virus that causes COVID-19.

After people recover from infection with a virus, the immune system retains a memory of it. Immune cells and proteins that circulate in the body can recognize and kill the pathogen if it’s encountered again, protecting against disease and reducing illness severity.

The study involved 254 COVID-19 patients between 18 to 82 years old, who provided blood samples at various points for a period of over eight months beginning April last year. About 71 percent of the patients had mild disease, 24 percent experienced moderate illness, and five percent had severe disease.

Ahmed and his team found that most of the patients who recovered mounted a strong and wide-ranging immune response to the virus for at least the 250-day duration of the study. “We saw that antibody responses, especially IgG antibodies, were not only durable in the vast majority of patients but decayed at a slower rate than previously estimated, which suggests that patients are generating longer-lived plasma cells that can neutralize the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein,” said Ahmed.

COVID-19 recovered patients may also be protected against variants and other coronaviruses

The authors said that the natural immunity after recovery from the disease offered some degree of protection against variants. Meanwhile, some studies suggest that COVID-19 vaccines may be slightly less effective against variants.

“The immune response to natural infection is likely to provide some degree of protective immunity even against SARS-CoV-2 variants because the CD4+ and CD8+ T cell epitopes will likely be conserved,” the authors wrote.

COVID-19 recovered patients also displayed stable antibody responses to the other human coronaviruses that cause the common cold, the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) or the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS).

“These data are most consistent with the generation of long-lived plasma cells and refute the current notion that these antibody responses to human coronaviruses are short-lived,” the researchers said. “Moreover, the COVID-19 patients mounted increased IgG antibody responses to SARS-CoV-1, a related pathogen that none likely had experienced previous exposure to.”

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said it is monitoring multiple variants, but only four are of concern since they “seem to spread more easily and quickly than other variants.”

The delta variant currently accounts for over 80 percent of all new sequenced cases in the U.S. Scientists say more research is still needed to confirm if infection with this variant is associated with more severe disease, hospitalization and death. Study: India suffered up to 4.7 million excess COVID deaths

A second study, also published on Tuesday, estimated that India had suffered between 3.4 million and 4.7 million excess deaths during the pandemic – about 10 times the official death toll. The Indian government only counts patients who die in hospital with a positive test as COVID-19 deaths.

The study, whose three authors included Arvind Subramanian, the government’s former chief economic adviser, examined three sources of data: all-cause mortality statistics from seven large states; seroprevalence studies; and household surveys carried out by the Center for Monitoring Indian Economy.

While each of the three sources yielded different estimates, the paper’s authors said “they all point to significantly greater deaths than the official estimates” and indicated that India’s “first wave was more lethal than is widely believed.”

“What is tragically clear is that too many people, in the millions rather than the hundreds of thousands, may have died,” the authors said.

There were 10.073 million all-cause deaths in India last year, only 1.49 percent or roughly 147,000 more than the previous year’s 9.926 million.

The latest sero survey conducted by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) found that at least two in every three people in India have coronavirus (COVID-19) antibodies, or natural immunity, against the disease.

Published Tuesday, July 20, the survey called seroprevalence study included 36,227 people from 70 districts across 21 Indian states. It found that 62 percent of unvaccinated Indians have antibodies, indicating past exposure to the virus. Overall, 67.6 percent of Indians have antibodies – either acquired from the vaccination campaign or past infection.

Fourth sero survey is a charm

The survey was carried out in the last 10 days of June and the first week of July – just as a devastating second wave of COVID-19 infections was receding. Seroprevalence is the percentage of individuals in a population who have antibodies to an infectious agent.

“The fourth sero survey shows there is a ray of hope, but there is no room for complacency. We must maintain COVID-appropriate behavior,” ICMR chief Dr. Balram Bhargava said. The third sero survey showed that only 21 percent of India’s adults had COVID antibodies.

For the first time, the survey included children between six and 17 years old and more than half of the 8,691 samples that were tested had antibodies. The survey also included 7,252 healthcare workers, and 85 percent of them had antibodies.

It has raised hopes that the worst of the country’s pandemic crisis is over despite a sluggish vaccination campaign. India has fully vaccinated just 6.5 percent of its population, while about a quarter of the population has received at least one dose.

Seroprevalence levels were highest at about 77 percent in people over the age of 45, the group that received first priority access to vaccines. Seroprevalence among children aged six to nine was 57 percent, while 61 percent of those aged 10 to 18 had antibodies. People under 18 are not yet eligible for vaccination in India.

The country has reported more than 31 million COVID cases and 414,000 deaths so far, but its daily new case counts have been steadily falling. Recent available data showed that new cases are below 40,000 a day. At the peak of devastating second wave in May, India was reporting around 380,000 new cases on average daily.

According to experts, the survey affirmed how far the virus had spread in India during the second wave of infections earlier this year. They cautioned that another surge in infections could not be ruled out as a third of India’s 1.4 billion people still lacked antibodies.

“Given the transmissibility of the Delta variant, we are still susceptible to a third wave,” said Brian Wahl, a New Delhi-based epidemiologist at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

“Even that high level of seroprevalence is still probably below what a herd immunity threshold might look like for the Delta variant.”

Chandrakant Lahariya, a public health expert, said that any third wave was likely to be smaller than the onslaught of cases that overwhelmed India’s health system in April and May. “Localized smaller waves are possible in geographical pockets where seroprevalence is low in the months to follow,” he said. @naomirwolf

You heard right. The Covid vaccines are causing the virus to become more infectious. Imagine that, after all this hype and fear-mongering about herd immunity, and how we must achieve 90 percent vaccination of the world’s population or we all die, the propaganda goes on and on. If they had just left it alone, and not created all these immune-compromising fake vaccinations, then the virus in the wild, and the “Delta” variant wouldn’t have so much “efficacy” at attacking and killing humans.

This is called “risk of antibody-dependent enhancement” (ADE syndrome) and the whole vaccine theory has been blown out of the water with these haphazard Covid inoculations, proving the vaccinated sheeple are now weaker, more susceptible to contracting, spreading and dying from any and all mutational variants, including Delta.

Vaccine response is rapidly decreasing while antibody-dependency rate for the vaccinated sheeple increases

This is why we’re seeing all the massive outbreaks of Covid among the vaccinated, like in Israel right now. The CDC would love to pin these outbreaks on the unvaccinated — and they’ve tried — but the only scientific proof of this pattern is among the vaccinated. Why? The Pfizer jab is three times weaker than Moderna, and the outbreaks are mostly among those who got the Pfizer jab. What’s happening is the Pfizer jab’s effectiveness, which supposedly starts below 50 percent, wanes in just 6 months.

The vaccine is causing the virus to replicate more efficiently, so everyone who is for the vaccine should now be against it. This is a very “tough pill to swallow,” especially coming from an expert in immunology and vaccine creation who believes in vaccines. Dr. Robert Malone, MD, MS Physician Scientist, is one of the inventors of mRNA vaccine technology. He is the farthest you can get from being “anti-vaccine,” as the establishment would call him, now that he’s pointing out all the danger and failure of the Covid jabs, especially Johnson & Johnson’s “all in one” blood-clotting stab.

The CDC says side effects of the vaccines are “normal,” which means blood clots and death are normal after Covid vaccinations

The vaccine industry loves to talk about “misinformation,” but what they forget to tell everybody is that all of that misinformation is coming from them. At vaccine shill sites like GetVaccineAnswers.dot.org, they outright lie and tell you, “Long-term side effects following the Covid-19 vaccine are extremely unlikely.” Wait, what? First off, none of the vaccines have been out long enough to conduct a long-term study, so drop that lie right now. Next up, they stated “…following the Covid-19 vaccine …” so they’re just making a huge sweeping statement about every single Covid-19 vaccine that every manufacturer made, and they’re saying they’ve all been studied for long-term health detriment. Talk about misinformation, that’s a mountain-high pile of crap.

There’s more. They go on to give you all those important “answers” you’ve been seeking, all you stuck in “hesitation” mode about whether or not to get the deadly blood-clotting gene therapy jabs for China Flu: “Serious side effects that would cause a long-term health problem are extremely unlikely following Covid-19 vaccination.” Again, show us the study, because if 8 weeks, or 3 months, or even one year to you is “long term,” you must be studying the life of an injected rat, not humans. Even most rats live two years.

The CDC continues to FAIL to monitor Covid-19 vaccines for any safety issues, including deadly blood clots in the brain, lungs and stomach shortly after vaccination. If even one public health expert could talk on the pharma-funded MSM networks, everyone would know that the FDA and CDC are NOT working toward any “appropriate solution.”

Making children guinea pigs for the experimental vaccines

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said that as of July 19, health officials confirmed 674 reports of myocarditis and pericarditis among vaccinated people aged 30 and younger. The public health agency added that most who reported cardiac inflammation received mRNA vaccines. Because of this, the CDC said it is investigating the reports “to assess whether they have a relationship to COVID-19 vaccination” alongside its partners.

In spite of the concerning number of cardiac inflammation cases following vaccination, the CDC insisted that these side effects were rare. It defended vaccines as “safe and effective” and recommended Americans aged 12 and older to “get vaccinated as soon as possible.”

However, the expanded COVID-19 vaccine trials appeared to be a demand to experiment on more children. Many studies have shown that children have an extremely low risk of dying from or catching severe COVID-19. If anything, forcing dangerous vaccines on children that have a very high chance of recovering from SARS-CoV-2 infection constituted a crime against humanity.

Because of this, nonprofit group America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) filed a motion on July 19 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. The motion asked the court to stop the use of COVID-19 vaccines granted emergency use authorization (EUA) by the FDA. Both the two-dose mRNA vaccines by Pfizer and Moderna, alongside the single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine, received emergency approval in the United States.

AFLDS’s suit called to immediately stop vaccinations for three particular groups of Americans. People aged 18 years old and below were among the three groups named by AFLDS. “Human children are not experiments,” the nonprofit organization said in a press release.

According to AFLDS, children were “at statistically zero percent risk of death” from COVID-19. On the other hand, expert studies revealed that COVID-19 vaccine deaths numbered “into the tens of thousands” and vaccine injuries amounted to “well into the hundreds of thousands.” AFLDS Communications Director Dr. Teryn Clarke said: “Children are one third of our population and all of our future. Children are never the experiment.”

Mother-of-two Deborah Sobczak, who was among the motion’s plaintiffs, said: “My children will not be subjects of an experiment. Perfectly healthy children have developed heart inflammation, brain bleeding and even died. I am not sacrificing my children so a pharmaceutical company can experiment on them.”

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has asked for more children to participate in Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine trials. It explained the trials will determine if cases of cardiac inflammation are common among younger groups. The FDA reached out to Pfizer and Moderna, whose mRNA vaccines were linked to the side effect, for this purpose.

According to the New York Times (NYT), the FDA asked Pfizer and Moderna to expand their COVID-19 vaccine trials. It specifically requested that the vaccine trials include at least 3,000 children aged five to 11 years old. The expanded trials would help regulators better understand the potential side effects from the two companies’ mRNA vaccines in younger populations, the report added.

The NYT report also said Pfizer is also in talks to include younger children in its vaccine trials. A spokesperson for the company said it has no updates to its previous trial timelines or details. The New York-based drug firm earlier announced its plan to enroll around 4,500 children between six months and 11 years old at more than 90 clinical trial sites. However, the size of the group aged five to 11 years old remained unclear.

Meanwhile, a Moderna spokesperson told The Washington Post that the company is “actively discussing a proposal” with the FDA to expand its vaccine trial. The proposal strived to “enroll a larger safety database which increases the likelihood of detecting rarer events.” The spokesperson for the Massachusetts-based firm added that a final number for the trial’s size has yet to be determined.

The FDA added a warning to both the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines in June 2021 about the risk of cardiac inflammations – myocarditis and pericarditis in particular. Myocarditis involved the inflammation of the heart muscle, while pericarditis involved the inflammation of the heart’s lining.
