2021-12-30 23:58:22 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!

To our dear NEU family. Lately the admin team and myself have been the victims of a targeted campaign, accusing us of many things which are not only slanderous but defamatory.

This has led to vile and vicious attacks on our character which has led many people to question our integrity and asking us to justify our strategies.

This has caused a lot of heartache and stress for all of us and our families. My leadership has been challenged and it has become apparent that these attacks have been orchestrated to bring me down.

I have always said that if someone can do better and feels they are better equipped to lead the NEU then I would happily step down and go off into the sunset.

That time has now come where someone feels they can do better so rather than cause division and expose most of the admin team to further attacks and vitriol I will gladly move on for someone else to take the reigns.

As of January 2nd 2022 the NEU will be transferred to Cole who will take complete ownership and leadership of the NEU direction in the hope of winning your jobs back. We wish him all the best.

Myself along with Craig, Rae, Steve, Mandy, Theresa, Emily, and Sonia will now officially step down and no longer be involved in any NEU matters or strategies.

As we love you all so much we did not want to leave you without a home to find us so we've set up a small channel called National United to offer you support and a place to chat with us T.me/NationalUnited

We will be focusing on supporting Reclaim The Line and Parents with Questions as well as bringing you other initiatives to support workers, Parents, and children.

2021-12-30 01:27:55 Good morning Team. Over the last week there has been some unfortunate slandering and accusations thrown around at NEU and the admin team. We are not sure what has instigated this but the vile attacks on our team is not necessary.

If anyone has any issues with me (Mack) then address it with me directly but do not drag others through the mud. The buck stops with me and I will not allow my wonderful team to be abused and threatened.

I have done my absolute best to guide you through the last 5 months of hell and would do it all over again in a heartbeat and will continue to do so for as long as you allow me to.

Let me address all the accusations here now and if you are not satisfied then you are welcome to leave this group or step up and take my place.

1. We DO NOT receive kickbacks from Red Union or any political parties.

2. We are not laundering money from the donations through the food and toy hampers we delivered.

3. If you are unhappy with the outcome of the Broomhall action then we are happy to refund you your donation. As stated many times this was NOT a class action but a method to resist their coercion and push back on the mandates.

4. If you are unhappy with the Statement of Position outcome then we will speak to Advocate Me to see if they can refund you your donation.

5. Mack is not controlled opposition who is trying to dismantle the NEU.

6. Mack is not trying to become famous.

Team if you are genuinely concerned about any of the above then please email us for a refund or go to the police with your money laundering accusations.

I know many of you may be disgruntled that I or any of our strategies did not win you your jobs back but all I can say is we put up a damn good fight.

There is still much to do and the real enemy is not us but the tyrants who forced us into this mess.

Now please stop looking for people to blame and let's get on with the job.

2021-12-29 23:04:01 MORNING UPDATE: Holiday pay, sick leave, medical exemptions are NOT negotiable by your employer. They are your entitlements by law and cannot be held from you because of a 'mandate'.

If you are being held hostage by your employer over these entitlements because you have not shown your private medical information then this is ILLEGAL!

You need to stand your ground and demand your entitlements. We have empowered you with enough information to help you stand up to these bullies.

If you are a Red Union member and have followed their procedures and logged a report then stick to that.

If not then you need to make your employer aware that what they are doing is illegal and they have no medical or lawful grounds to deny you your entitlements.

If you have any questions just leave them in the comments and there are plenty of people on this group willing to help.
