200 ml olive oil;
100 g of natural beeswax;
100 g of resin of coniferous trees (pine, spruce, cedar);
2 tbsp. l. honey;
1-2 g of propolis.
Cooking method:
1. Put beeswax in a saucepan, then pour olive oil and resin of coniferous trees. Put it in a water bath for 10-12 minutes. The dry resin must be pre-ground into powder. If it is problematic for you to get resin in the forest, you can buy cedar or pine sap at the pharmacy. It needs to be added only a few drops. Before you start using resin, you need to check if there is a predisposition to allergies to this remedy.
2. Add honey and cook for another 8-10 minutes.
3. After add propolis and boil again for 8-10 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Remove from heat, cool and pour into a glass jar.
