Visoski namedropped high-profile passengers such as Kevin Spacey, Chris Tucker and Itzhak Perlman when asked if he remembered anyone during cross-examination.

The prosecution also introduced the birth certificate of one girl who flew on the jet anonymously in court as ‘Jane,’ who they described as a 14-year-old Maxwell and Epstein met at a camp.

WhatsApp produces metadata including contact lists, message time and identities fresh every 15 mins - if handed a surveillance request by law enforcement - while Apple declined to implement end-to-end encryption after agencies pressured them... as it would interfere with surveillance.

The socialite and fmr. girlfriend of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein ‘preyed on young girls for abuse by the billionaire,’ a prosecutor said on Monday in her opening statement.

Maxwell is alleged to have gained the trust and groomed teenage girls as young as 14 with the promise of a brighter future, allowing her partner Epstein to abuse them between 1994 and 2004.

Her lawyers have said that prosecutors, unable to convict Epstein, are using the daughter of late British media magnate Robert Maxwell as a scapegoat.

Maxwell has pleaded not guilty to eight charges of sex trafficking and other counts against her. She faces up to 80 years prison if convicted.
