Dear Friends! I would like to thank all of you for taking part in my mini-poll dedicated to the landscape of a future world order. The total number of votes in the English version reached 38 (not to mention 88 others within the Russian version). As at 3 pm on April 15, 2023, that was approaching 29% of the number of subscribers for my Telegram-channel. Probably, the numbers could be bigger, but - as all of know - every traveling begins with the first step! Besides, I wish you could have expressed your views in personal comments, like in the Russian version.
The majority of 52% voted for the “Multipolar world: A number of comparable centers of power.” Which is really important as reflecting the relevant point of view widespread not inside Russia only but in other countries as well. As an expert, I do recognize such scenario as the most favorable for my mother country.
Yet, one should not neglect other scenarios, less positive for Russia. Not by chance, 16% of participants have voted for the “Two-pole world: China and the USA as the two major poles of influence with regional polycentricity,” while 8% other - for the “Bipolar world: Split to the Western world (led by the USA) and the Eastern world (led by China).” In total, that makes 24%, i.e. almost a half of the share of votes for the #1 choice.
Remarkably, another 16% of participants have voted for the option “Chaotic world: High dynamics of evolution of multi-state alliances and lines of confrontation.”
