Giant otters are the most vocal species of otter. Adult giant otters have been found to have 22 distinct types of vocalisation, ranging from snorts to squeaks.
Giant otters live in groups. When they scream together it forms a sort of "thumbprint" of the group called a
chorus.
That chorus is so specific to the group that you can identify the group by hearing it's chorus.
So in short, giant otters have their own theme song.
