Phantasma is excited to announce their partnership with Bounty Hunter.

This will give the games built on Phantasma the potential to reach a very large audience in an engaging way. Bountie Hunter will also help facilitate introductions to various gaming studios who may be looking to build on a blockchain.

Phantasma will introduce their gaming partners to the Bountie Hunter team for the potential to be included into their community ecosystem. Once in their ecosystem, an education process is developed to help inform the 250,000+ SEA gamers about the game, how to play, and set up wallets and tokens needed. Then opportunities for Esport campaigns can be developed.

Bounty Hunter is very excited with their community to enter the Phantasma ecosystem.

The 2nd Day Started Early…

Even though the show floor wouldn’t be opening until 10am, the team found themselves meeting unplanned for breakfast in the hotel around 7:30a. In case you don’t know, this is a rather unusual thing to happen to a group of somewhat jet lagged middle-aged men from around the globe.

A couple of the team members had been up for a couple of hours, the others woke up in the middle of the night around the same time, but every one of the team members went to sleep and woke up with Phantasma at the front of their minds.  We all knew day two was going to be equally exciting.

2022-04-08 10:14:35 Game Developer Conference 2022 Recap - Day 1

When the Phantasma team learned that the Game Developer Conference was coming back in 2022, it didn’t take long before the booth space was reserved and the team got to work forging a plan.

With over 15,000 guests expected and over 300 vendors, the GDC Expo was held at the Moscone Center in San Francisco from March 23rd through 25th. The team arrived in full force in the days leading up to the event, with the last arriving the day before the show floor opened.

The three-day event was far more than the Phantasma team could have ever expected or hoped for. We walked in as Cinderella at the ball and left with hundreds of new friends and opportunities.

2022-04-08 08:19:14 PSA: Incident Resolution Update

As the team continues to gradually and methodically complete all tasks in accordance with our incident resolution playbook, we would like to update our SOULdiers on some of the progress thus far:

New contracts for SOUL and KCAL on Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain are close to completion and being tested
The smart contracts on Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain facilitating the migration from old to new contracts are complete and being tested, migration frontend is in development
Multiple snapshots of the Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain blockchains have been secured at various relevant block heights (exact block heights will not be announced until the migration procedure is published to discourage speculative behaviour)
The mathematical algorithms of our cross-chain liquidity incentivization protocol Pharming are being applied to snapshot data to assess liquidity provider balances before and after the incident - this involves interpreting historical NFT metadata (among other things) and is progressing well
The analysis of trading history on DEXes for individual wallets is progressing well and partially complete

All of the above tasks are progressing in parallel. Once complete, the data will be combined to form the basis for the token migration from old to new contracts on Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain. With the massive amount of data being processed and synthesized it will naturally take some time before all boxes have been ticked and all results have been verified, and we will continue to keep everyone updated on the progression.

For those who may not be fully up to date on recent events, we wish to remind everyone that the Phantasma mainnet is fully operational, Phantasma mainnet based assets and Neo based Phantasma assets are entirely unaffected, and trading on reputable centralized exchanges like Kucoin and Gate is safe.

Status update: The Phantasma team is currently engaged in a multitude of tasks aimed to protect and safeguard our token holders. Among the most important of those tasks is the effort going into the assessment of, and migration planning for, assets on Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain. Below are some of the ongoing efforts:

New contracts are being written based on contract templates that have already been audited twice by reputable firms
The migration procedure for token holders on Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain is being designed and coded
Multiple snapshots are being taken of SOUL / KCAL balances at different block heights assessing both balances before the incident and movements / balance changes after the incident
All transactions on Uniswap and PancakeSwap are being analyzed from the time of the incident until the contracts were frozen
Liquidity positions are being analyzed to assess starting positions before the incident and remaining balances at the point of LP withdrawal / contracts being frozen (deciphering LP NFT metadata for Uniswap V3 NFTs and PancakeSwap LP token equivalents)

The above is being done methodically and meticulously as our main focus is to protect our valued token holders and community members.

The team is not willing to rush this as we are committed to ensuring that our community is adequately taken care of and minimally affected by the incident.

Furthermore: Rest assured that as we aim to minimize or negate the losses endured by community members holding SOUL and KCAL before the incident, we also aim to make sure that nobody will profit from speculative behaviour during the incident.

We ask that all token holders with assets on Ethereum or Binance Smart Chain remain patient as we complete the necessary work to ensure a safe and fair migration procedure and resumption of cross-chain swapping and trading on Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain. Further announcements will follow.

Cross-chain swaps between the Neo and Phantasma blockchains are now flowing freely through the Poltergeist and Ecto wallets - allowing everyone holding funds on centralized exchanges to start staking, pick up a new game and dive into the ecosystem!

The team is following a defined and detailed strategy to minimize or nullify the impact of the recent incident for our token holders.

Looking back on this in the future, this will be yet another interesting challenge that galvanized the team and the Phantasma community around our common goals and ambitions!

The Pharming dApp has been enabled to allow liquidity providers to collect Pharming rewards accumulated up until and including April 1st (before the incident).

The cross-chain liquidity incentivization protocol Pharming will naturally be paused until new smart contracts have been deployed on Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain and new liquidity pools created on Uniswap and PancakeSwap.

As soon as new contracts and pools have been created, the Pharming machinery will be adjusted to fit the new contracts and pools, and liquidity incentivization will resume - on steroids. Additional details will follow.

We would like to request that everyone currently providing liquidity on a SOUL or KCAL pool on either Uniswap (Ethereum) or PancakeSwap (Binance Smart Chain) reach out to mwade#0001 on the Phantasma Discord.

- Your PUBLIC address being used to provide liquidity on Uniswap / PancakeSwap
- Which pool you are LP'ing on and on which chain

You will be asked to perform a transaction from that public address to verify ownership. You will NOT be asked for private keys / seed phrases.

This will assist us in compiling a list of verified liquidity providers to coordinate removal of remaining liquidity on the old DEX pools. Additional information will be provided to liquidity providers.

The Phantasma mainnet has resumed normal operations. All nodes are accepting transactions and all normal actions can be undertaken on-chain such as staking, minting NFTs, claiming KCAL and transferring tokens.

Please note that swaps between Phantasma and Neo will resume within the next two days, enabling free flow of assets to and from centralized exchanges.

Cross chain swaps between Phantasma and Ethereum/BSC will remain frozen until new smart contracts on these chains have been deployed.

Pending cross chain swaps are not lost, but on hold, and will be claimable once we have implemented the necessary security measures.

Since the incident occurred the entire team has rallied to investigate the incident, determine the cause and implement measure to rectify it, minimize the consequences and ensure our loyal token holders are as minimally affected as possible.

We would like to reiterate that there are absolutely no signs that funds or contracts on Neo have been affected, all mainnet contracts are intact, and trading on centralized exchanges is entirely unaffected by the exploit.

As mentioned in the previous announcement, there will be a full report about this incident, and we will publish clear information about the strategy to replace tokens from the old contracts on BSC and Ethereum.

The Phantasma mainnet is expected to resume normal operations in less than 24 hours, Sunday April 3rd (tomorrow).

After a preliminary investigation the team has confirmed that there are no mainnet related security issues related to the incident.

Our investigations have confirmed that the overall impact of the incident is quite limited, and we are pleased to say that we are confident this will not affect Phantasma's long term growth and adoption.

Please stay tuned for additional updates as we progress with our efforts.
