Hotspots are divided into three groups:
Work, Personal Affairs and Life.
It is
important to understand here that the hotspots are usually closely related to each other, and a balance must be struck between them.
The following techniques are recommended for working with hotspots: Make a list of desired outcomes for each sphere.
Set boundaries (time lows or highs) for each hotspot. For example, spend at least 3 hours a week on health, and no more than 50 hours on career.
Devote each month to improving one particular area.
This approach helps you to consciously improve your life and maintain a balance between different areas.
