Limiting beliefs Limiting beliefs are attitudes that defy criticism and analysis. Even when we want to go beyond beliefs, our ego starts resisting.
From limiting beliefs it is not easy to get rid of, it is better to do it under the guidance of a psychologist. But you can try to work on them yourself.
To do this, you need to
write out the attitudes that are poisoning your life, analyze how they affect you and how true they really are. The next step is to
reformulate them so that they sound more constructive and realistic.
And most importantly, take action. New attitudes have to be backed up by actions, otherwise, they will remain theories. After all, it was our actions (or inaction) that once helped the old, harmful patterns to take root.
