Creamy salmon Ingredients:
-Any fish
-Leeks
-Cream (20%)
-Olive and butter
-Zest of one lemon
-Greens, garlic, herbs
Preparation:
Lightly fried steaks in olive oil on both sides. Then transfer to a baking dish.
Fry leeks in olive oil, add a piece of butter, pour the cream, add lemon zest and spices, cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Pour the mixture over the fish, cover the form with foil and put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
